What do I expect going to counseling? 

You can expect a safe, confidential environment. You can expect that we will work with you to come to an agreement on goals and a treatment plan, as well as an approximate timeline for services. You are always in the driver's seat regarding your counseling, and we welcome feedback at anytime. 

Is your office accessible?

The parking lot has ADA parking spots, and the office is located on the ground level. Service dogs are welcome. 

Do you offer online therapy?

We are able to offer online services if you reside in the state of Wisconsin using HIPPA-compliant online meeting sites. State Licensing restrictions and Ethical Guidelines prevent therapists from providing therapy online across state lines unless they are licensed in the state where the client is initiating the therapy.

What types of payment do you accept?

I currently accept Dean HMO insurance. In addition, we do offer private pay agreements. We are able to accept Health Savings Accounts, cash, check, or credit cards. Payment is expected at time of service.
